Be honest with yourself

Where are you leaking energy?

  • Replaying one conversation twenty times in your head.
  • Taking responsibility for his mood before he's even said a word.
  • Being available at every hour. Cancelling your life for him.
  • Over-explaining and defending yourself.
  • Dropping your standards the moment you get triggered.

Your body learned that asking was risky, that wanting was too much, and that self-abandonment was correct... and you're probably giving your power away.

Become A self-possessed woman

She knows who she is, what she needs, and how to ask for it. Not from a place of demand, but from a loving knowing of how she flourishes.

I know who I am. I have a choice. I am present.

Inside the workshop

What we'll do together on October 8

01

Call your power back

A somatic and visualization practice to find exactly where your energy is leaking, and bring it home to your body.

02

Find your No

The antidote to people pleasing, is honouring your no. We practice saying no in a dozen different ways, from the Queen No to the Belly No, so your body learns a boundary doesn't mean losing connection or rejection.

03

Say it cleanly

A simple four-part script for communicating a loving boundary, plus 12 boundary sentences you can use word for word.

04

Hold it when it goes wrong

What to do when the tears, the panic or the old pattern shows up anyway, so you meet yourself with grace instead of shame.

Plus the power reversal: how to answer loaded questions like "Why aren't you married yet?" without defending yourself.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Johanna.

I'm a somatic therapy facilitator, the host of the Healing Anxious Attachment podcast and the founder of Becoming Her.

I help women heal anxious attachment tendencies and stop performing the easy, low-maintenance version of themselves so they can move into a more secure way of loving.

To me somatic work and subconscious healing is an absolute necessity for woman coming into their power and worth. This work is such an honour for me, I can't wait to have you inside.

Questions

What time is that for me?

7pm Central is 8pm Eastern and 5pm Pacific on Thursday, October 8. In the UK and Europe it falls in the early hours of Friday, so the replay is there for you.

What if I can't make it live?

You get the replay for one week with the workshop ticket, and for six months inside the membership. The practices work on replay too.

Is this only about dating?

No. We practice with him in mind, and with your mother, your sister and the dinner table too. The way you hold a boundary with family is the way you'll hold it in love.
